The Counselling Lifeline is a new phone help-line providing vital services to church leaders and community organisations who need advice on ways to support people who have turned to them for help.

We find that churches and community organisations are often faced with the responsibility of providing the first line of care for people with mental health problems and are often  unable to provide the specialist help that is needed. We aim to provide professional help and training to community leaders and pastors in their pastoral work to help them  identify resources, make sense of diagnosis and bridge the gap between levels of care.
